The drive leading up to the house

Cliveden is a National Trust house and garden situated just across the river from Maidenhead in Taplow.

View of Cookham lock It is now used as a hotel. The gardens and a few rooms are available for National Trust visitors.

During World War II the grounds housed the Canadian Red Cross Hospital. There is now a cemetery of war graves.
