| A Brewer's Fayre pub, part of the Whitbread plc empire (which, by the way, had a turnover of £1,631 million in 1997/98). Lovely setting on a dead-end road that ends by the River Thames - the pub is only a couple of minutes walk from the river. Typical Whitbread place, plenty of money has been invested here, but unfortunately the food is very disappointing. OK for a drink though. |
