This pub (formerly the Hare and Hounds) includes a smart restaurant with a walled outside eating area complete with fabric roof when required. Flaming torches provide illumination when the sun goes down making this inn a lovely setting for summer eating. The food is good and not expensive, at around £15.00 for 3 courses. Inside there is a small intimate bar area with log fire in the winter. At the back, a larger cosy candle-lit restaurant. Also has accommodation. Lovely setting in this peaceful village just north of Maidenhead. The pub has been extended several times over the past few years and is licensed for weddings.

We went there last month and although they don't seem to want people to just use it for a drink, the place seems very nice, the room we were shown was beautiful and the resturant looked lovely. We will be going back to try out the food!
