Hi, I have visited the Crown at Bray on many occasions and find it to be a lovely pub. It has a relaxed atmosphere with great open fires, friendly staff and wonderful food. The huge beer garden in the summer is always packed. The lunch menu is varied and reasonable with ample portions. They are quite famous for their mouth-watering Moules. The restaurant seats about 30 and you do really need to book as they're always busy. The evening menu offers a wonderful selection that won't disappoint, although vegetarians may want to visit for a drink & peruse the menu before they book as they don't really specialise in pasta! You can always eat in the bar if you don't fancy a restaurant atmosphere but they do stop serving earlier so it's best to check. 10/10 for not being a horrible chain.

Wanted to leave a comment regarding The Crown in Bray. We were a party of 10 for Sunday lunch and had a superb time. The sunday lunch menu was limited but everything provided was excellent. The staff were very attentive and pleasant and we would like to thank them for a lovely time. October 2002.
