run by the friendly owners (wife cooks, husband does the waiting) and offers excellent value for money in cosy surroundings. I have eaten two of the delicious homemade puddies on many occasions!...The food is really good, home cooked and very reasonable.

I used to work in Cookham, at least once a month myself and my boyfriend tried to dine at the Two Roses, the couple who run the lovely restaurant are themselves lovely.
