This place has been here for around 15 years, and I've always thought it a good place to go. I visited recently for the first time in around 5 years, and unfortunately it's definitely gone downhill. The menu (American theme, especially burgers) hasn't changed with the times at all, nor has the decor. Service was none too good, it was virtually empty on Saturday night and had no atmosphere. It all feels very tired. Very disappointing, and I won't be hurrying back. What a shame, as it's in such a prime location now, opposite the new cinema.

This is a family owned and run establishment, who take pride in the level of service and quality of food produced. They have the best steaks in Town without a shadow of doubt, also Hab who runs the bar makes some of the best Cocktails you will find outside of a top London bar. Try the Margaritas, close your eyes and you will be on a beach in Florida, Fridays and Saturday nights are normally very busy, especially Fridays when you tend to get the "cocktail brigade" in. Well worth a visit.

Does the above reviewer have any connections to this restaurant? It read more like a very bad and tacky piece of advertising, rather than an independant review.
Sipping Margarita's to remind you of a 'florida beach'? Not Mexico, then. Definately Florida, yeah? Maybe their Manhattans remind one of Woolacombe bay, as well? I hope they don't do a sloe comfortable screw...who knows what that will remind them of?
Best steaks in town and coctails from the best barmen outside of London...give me a break!
