Here's what we used to say:

Attractive main bar room at the front with stone flooring and plenty of seating. One of Bourne End's best pubs, much improved from a few years ago. Good bands (usually on Sundays) in the bar area and comedy nights/other events in the hall at the back, where there are pool tables. Restaurant serving reasonably priced Thai food Tuesday-Saturday evenings until 10.15pm - curries and stir fries around £4.50, starters around £3. Set dinners from £9.95/person. Traditional pub food at lunchtimes. Friendly staff.

I visited this restaurant with my partner on a weekday and it was fairly quiet but filled up later in the evening. The service was very good and the prices very reasonable. They have a great range of food which is presented nicely and served piping hot. Even the wine list isn't too pricey. We opted for a couple of the Thai curries but there are also stir fry dishes on the menu that looked very tasty. We each had 3 courses, a bottle of wine to share and 2 drinks prior to the meal and it came to £50.80 so pretty good value. I'm not 100% sure of the authenticity of the cooking but it tasted pretty good and prices were reasonable so you can't really go wrong!
