Watch the cricket on The Green whilst beering it up at The Cricketers. This well-positioned pub is rather attractive and worth a try, although the food appears to be disappointing - just sandwiches from a cool box when we visited, though there is a barbecue in summer. Features include outside seating, overlooking The Green, a real fire and a beautiful large clock inside. Take the A4 from Maidenhead towards Reading. There are two roads signposted Littlewick Green on the left - take the second one. On 25 May 2001, Louis Lawrence writes What an absolutely idyllic pub. Tranquil atmosphere, great view - almost therapeutic. The summer menu includes a great selection of hot meals mostly under £5. They also have accommodation... The pub was fantastic with real ale, beautiful setting, good food and a mad dog!
