Welcome to the maidenhead.net Eating & Drinking guide. We have
reviewed all of the town-centre pubs, clubs and restaurants and many from the surrounding area. On
this page we list all the establishments
in the guide - simply click on the name to read the full review. The
review also includes further information about the establishment including
phone number, map reference and sometimes a photograph.
First, some words of explanation about the columns below:
- Name - the name of the
establishment, with a link to the full review
- Address - the estabishment's
address, in Maidenhead unless otherwise specified
- Map - the map reference to
the establishment if it appears on the town centre map
- Type:
- for a pub or bar
- for a restaurant
- for a cafe or sandwich bar
- Note that some places have more than one icon
here, if there is more than one on the
same site, or the establishment is simply a mix
of styles (e.g. pub/restaurant)
- .net - here we pick the best
of the bunch:
- recommended town centre
establishment
- recommended country establishment
- listed in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide
1999, hence an excellent choice for real ale
drinkers
- Web site - a link to the official web site for the establishment
- Comment - a brief comment;
click on the establishment's name for the full review
This page is a full list of all reviewed establishments. You can also
view a list of just the restaurants, just the pubs/bars
or just the cafes/sandwich bars.
Unless otherwise stated the pubs/bars in this guide charge around £2 for a pint of beer and close at 11 pm every day except Sunday (10.30 pm). Some pubs are open all day (i.e. they stay open between the lunchtime and evening sessions).
